About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ABA Technician to join our team at Uxbridge Public Schools. The successful candidate will provide direct support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and special education teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their instructional, social, emotional, and behavioral needs throughout the school day.
  • Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress toward Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
  • Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment by employing positive behavior supports, accommodations, and modifications as directed by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.
Benefits and Compensation

This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
