Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Management team in meeting tenant needs and supporting company goals.
  • Respond to tenant service requests, coordinate vendor work orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and send tenant correspondence, welcome letters, and insurance contracts.
  • Maintain property inspection reports and track fire inspection/service reports.
  • Transfer and track utilities, and assist with day-to-day property functions.
  • Support Property Managers with project planning, organization, and execution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of administrative experience and 2+ years of property management and/or real estate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
