Job Summary

New Freedom Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Therapist/Behavioral Health Professional to provide high-quality therapeutic services to our members. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized service plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to promote emotional healing, coping skills, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document all interactions, progress, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in regular staffing meetings to discuss client progress, address concerns, and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
  • Valid licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
