Position Overview
The Health Services Support Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating timely access to healthcare services in accordance with HealthLine Operations protocols. This position entails coordinating health service solutions, providing exemplary customer service, and being available for after-hours emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to youth in care, their caregivers, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
- Offer detailed information regarding HealthWorks processes and available services.
- Coordinate referrals to medical professionals and specialists.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up on medical documentation.
- Ensure that all youth in care are linked with a primary care physician.
- Accurately document all pertinent information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess an associate's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with at least two years of experience in customer service. Aunt Martha's is an equal opportunity employer.
