As an integral part of our sales and support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within the architectural, design, and construction industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Generate detailed quotations based on customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to lead times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product information, shop drawings, and submittals to customers.
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and status updates for existing orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales support or quotations coordination within a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, particularly case management and data entry.
  • Excellent numerical abilities and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
