Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for commercial properties.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with teams to create annual property budgets and financial projections.
  • General Ledger Management: Oversee property-specific general ledgers.
  • Tenant Billing: Manage the tenant billing processes efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise accounts payable operations.
  • Tax Compliance: Facilitate property tax assessments and ensure timely payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial and variance analyses.

Required Qualifications:
