Key Responsibilities- Security Operations: Monitor and control access to our facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety of personnel and property.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with security personnel, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Logistics: Manage and maintain security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. security, law enforcement, emergency management) preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in a law enforcement or emergency management setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in security software and equipment.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to stress and pressure. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
