Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service, addressing customer issues and resolving them to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily store cash and accounting functions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage ACM lanes, ensuring each self-checkout lane is properly opened and cash maintenance requirements are performed.
- Troubleshoot problems with front-end equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
- Demonstrate strong customer service communication skills and a proficient working knowledge of office and front-end systems.
- Possess good organizational skills and a high standard of integrity and reliability.
