Reliability Engineering: Aim to minimize equipment failures, downtime, and associated costs.

  • Boost the reliability of critical equipment and systems through engineered improvements and optimized operational practices.
  • Lead initiatives for reliability enhancement in process systems.
  • Manage small to medium-scale reliability-focused capital projects.
  • Oversee asset care strategies and lubrication programs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of plant equipment standards.
  • Provide engineering solutions for equipment obsolescence.
  • Facilitate the integration of new capital equipment into existing asset structures and care plans.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance and Reliability Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills utilizing formal techniques for system evaluation.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Solid mechanical understanding of various equipment and systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP Maintenance or other EAM/CMMS systems.
  • A degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field is preferred.
