Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at OneSource Professional Search. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving refinery and terminal production by utilizing advanced inspection techniques to predict and prevent equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inspection plans to ensure equipment reliability
  • Supervise and mentor inspection teams to ensure high-quality results
  • Support data analysis and manage inspection intervals to optimize equipment performance
  • Coordinate equipment re-rates, TAR activities, and hot tapping/temporary repairs
  • Oversee metallurgical analyses, engineering support services, and project planning
  • Maintain asset records, develop KPIs, and update programs/procedures
  • Participate in incident investigations, RCFA, MOC, PHA, and DMA
  • Provide expertise for capital projects, corrosion, coatings, and materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 2+ years experience in petrochemical/manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of destructive & non-destructive techniques, API/ASME codes, welding, and basic metallurgy preferred
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, PCMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Must pass Functional Job Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
