Role Summary
We are in search of an enthusiastic and committed Studio Manager to supervise the daily operations of our North Tallahassee location. The ideal candidate will be a year-round resident of Tallahassee, highly organized, self-driven, and equipped with exceptional sales and customer service capabilities. This position demands a personable individual who is hands-on and ready to manage a variety of responsibilities to ensure our studios operate seamlessly while providing a welcoming atmosphere for our members.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Member Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement monthly objectives effectively.
  • Drive membership sales and maintain a high conversion rate of potential clients.
  • Engage with members to enhance retention and manage membership modifications, inquiries, and outstanding dues.
  • Achieve proficiency in the Club Ready studio management system.
  • Strategically oversee sales, marketing, and member engagement initiatives, including in-studio events and community outreach.
Operational Management:
  • Ensure the studio maintains cleanliness in accordance with established protocols.
  • Promptly address maintenance concerns.
  • Manage studio inventory, including retail and office supplies.
  • Ensure all studio systems and equipment are in optimal condition.
  • Be available to resolve urgent issues as they arise.
Compliance & Administrative Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and financial guidelines.
  • Track and report expenses while maintaining accurate financial documentation.
  • Manage incident reports and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Handle payment inquiries with professionalism.
  • Report studio performance and operational matters to the Regional Manager.
Team Leadership:
  • Train and supervise both new and existing staff members.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, providing coverage as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a management role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Capability to manage multiple revenue streams effectively.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
