Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member: Service Champion. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take and ring up orders, handle payment, and thank customers for their business.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check orders for accuracy, and package products for customers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Appearance and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and tidy appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management in a positive and respectful manner.
