Job Title: Food Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Food Service Manager to join our team at Jones Petroleum Co. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail location, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the daily operations of the retail location
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Supervise and develop a team of employees to achieve store profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous people management experience
  • Self-motivated and dependable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
