Job Summary:

The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is a key member of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while facilitating the sale of Activities, Tickets, Passes, lessons, and Child Care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work in our contact centers, ticket/pass offices, and throughout our resort to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
  • Communicate with guests via phone and email to provide accurate and efficient information about our resort products and services.
  • Process transactions and complete daily end-of-shift audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be a part of a fun, professional, and caring work environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional experiences and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working indoors for extended periods of time.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a professional presence in the workplace and adhere to our appearance standards.
