  • Data Entry: Accurately input title numbers into the database for all received titles.
  • Missing Title Oversight: Handle and resolve issues related to missing titles through comprehensive reporting.
  • Transaction Preparation: Prepare documentation for title processing related to vehicle transactions.
  • Trade Documentation Preparation: Assemble trade documentation as required.
  • Title Transaction Processing: Oversee the processing of titles for various vehicle transactions.
  • Invoice and Payment Posting: Manage the posting of Tag & Title invoices and ACH transactions.
  • Scheduling: Organize schedules for tag and title processing activities.
  • Refund Management: Issue checks for tag refunds as necessary.
  • Duplicate Title Applications: Process applications for duplicate titles when required.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain inventory for metal and temporary tags, title documentation, and Manufacturer's Statements of Origin (MSOs).
  • Customer Registration: Generate customer registration documents.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Systematically file titles and trade documentation while maintaining accurate title inventory.
  • Support Services: Provide assistance for tag and title inquiries from customers, management, and staff.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in automotive title processing is mandatory. Familiarity with dealership accounting systems, UCS, and TitleTec/T21 is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • Notary Public Certification: Certification as a Notary Public is required.
  • Deadline Orientation: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Professional Conduct: A professional demeanor and work ethic are essential.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
