Job Title: Sales Associate Lynnwood

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dunn Lumber in Lynnwood. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and building relationships with customers.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Generate sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Process orders, create quotes, and manage purchase orders using Point of Sale software
  • Maintain a clean and professional workstation and personal appearance
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in general computer operations
  • Competent typing skills
