Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of massage therapists and support staff

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience at our studio

  • Operations

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
