Key Responsibilities- Property Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and tools, ordering replacements as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Assist with preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs and service requests.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to company safety programs and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance or construction experience.
- Skills: Ability to learn and perform non-complex maintenance tasks, valid driver's license, and basic computer skills.
- Training: Completion of harassment and fair housing classes, and other general business/industry-related classes as assigned.
- Physical Demands: Ability to exert 50 to 100 lbs of force when needed, lift 50 to 75 lbs, and complete tasks wearing safety equipment.
- Mental Demands: Ability to work under moderate to sometimes high levels of stress, use independent judgment, and prioritize work.
