Job Summary:
St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of competency management programs for all clinical employees across the health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competency management programs for clinical employees
- Design and deliver educational programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
- Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- 6 years of related experience, including RN and education
- Project management experience (2+ years highly preferred)
- Current RN license in the state of practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
