  • Assist the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager in all activities related to inventory management, standard operating procedure compliance, and training.

  • Set up and break down display cases daily, assist in display maintenance and housekeeping, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Facilitate the new membership and patient renewal processes, perform data entry, and manage the patient database.
  • Dispense medical cannabis in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, answer phone calls, and forward to the appropriate staff member.
  • Book appointments for patients, maintain a current stock of educational materials, and frequently maintain the dispensary's cleanliness.
  • Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect, and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
