Salesforce Functional Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Functional Architect to join our dynamic consulting team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our clients.
The Salesforce Functional Architect will be responsible for leading the functional aspects of Salesforce implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients to gather requirements and provide knowledge transfer.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and quality assurance checks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure a smooth transition to the client's internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and functional design.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other AI tools.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with data migration and data management best practices.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
