Position Overview:
In this role, you will operate under general supervision while embracing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will develop a keen understanding of residents' interests and needs, facilitating their independence and active participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to residents, addressing a range of needs from basic assistance to daily living activities and recreational engagement. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for resident care. Responsibilities may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services or their designee.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program is mandatory for this position.

Experience:
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Certifications:
- Certified Caregiver Certificate
- CPR Certification
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $22.70, based on experience.

Available Shifts:
- 6AM-2PM
- 2PM-10PM
