The Patient Care Coordinator I plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our medical practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with established protocols, gathering necessary demographic and medical information.
  • Complete the patient registration process, including verifying insurance coverage and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of insurance plans and assist patients with inquiries.
  • Support the organization of medical records as needed.
