Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Solicit and negotiate new business policies, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
  • Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change.
  • Assist with the annual review process by contacting customers and preparing personalized customer coverage recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Perform risk analysis and field underwriting, ensuring accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions.
  • Client/Claims liaison, referring unresolved customer grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team members.
  • Implement and adhere to company and agency guidelines, performing general customer service duties as presented.
Requirements
  • Must obtain Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Producer licenses by the date of your 90-day performance evaluation.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail, maintaining accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, having the initiative to get done the things that need to get done before they are due.
  • Problem-solving skills, able to research and identify timely solutions to customer-related problems.
