Suites Runner

Legends is seeking a Suites Runner to provide exceptional guest service in the Premium Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.

  • Assist with event setup and delivery of orders
  • Deliver product as directed during events
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Have a strong knowledge of the building and event locations
  • Must be knowledgeable of food, beverage, and menu items
  • Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 30 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks
  • Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and regulations
