About the Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Runners at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in expediting food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-shift briefings to receive important service information
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, servers, and chefs to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Complete table-side service, including taking and delivering orders and explaining menu items to guests
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Ensure kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Weekends, event-based, 10-hour shifts
