Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the MAT Program at Shoreline Behavioral Health Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering personal information, setting up client records, and completing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist MAT providers, clinical staff, and management with reviewing and completing required agency documentation
  • Answer telephones, perform drug screens, and breathalyzer services
  • Assist clients with questions and scan medical records
  • Provide front office support, including scheduling clients for appointments and ensuring all agency MAT forms are completed
  • Track agency grant funds and document this information monthly
  • Monitor client program history to ensure accurate tracking
  • Assist with MAT billing and keying as needed
  • Meet with individual clients to start and complete financial assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience, with medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
