About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Advisor at EXPLO Middle School. As a Student Advisor, you will play a vital role in shaping the transformative experience of our students and creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful campus community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage with students in both large and small group settings
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to students
  • Assist instructors in the classroom as needed
  • Chaperone students on weekend trips and class trips
  • Take charge of a specific program support role, such as coordinating activities, managing supplies, or designing the daily newsletter
About You
  • You will have completed at least 1 year of college or have equivalent post-secondary school experience by the start of the program
  • You are able to live and work on campus for the duration of the program
  • You are authorized to work in the United States or have the ability to obtain authorization by the start of the program
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • This position requires staff members to occasionally assist with physical tasks, such as carrying signage and supplies, event set-up and tear-down, and standing or walking for prolonged periods of time during events
  • The Wellesley College campus is large and spread out, and staff members will be using spaces throughout the campus
