Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine maintenance and intricate mechanical repairs on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and meticulously document results.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer service protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Volkswagen/Audi Technician or in a comparable position.
  • ASE certification is preferred.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to operate efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
