Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our manager in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the manager's diary and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient office filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized home environment, supporting the manager's personal and professional life.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High School degree, with a PA diploma or certification considered an advantage.
