TransCore is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Material Handler performs physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives incoming goods and moves products into stock, including boxing, storing, etc.
  • Counts material returned from Production.
  • Pulls material for work orders.
  • Audits material pulled for work orders.
  • Performs cycle counts as required.
  • Counts inventory as required.
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies as required.
  • Performs a wide variety of ERP transactions to support inventory activity.
  • Utilizes ERP system to investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Makes local pick-ups and deliveries as required.
  • Offloads/loads trucks as required.
  • Operates sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask.
  • Must have excellent communication/customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Inventory control.
  • Kitting experience.
  • Forklift Operation.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
