Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a leading provider of membership-based spa services, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team in Ann Arbor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Membership Sales Goals: Utilize your sales skills and knowledge of our services to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and members to educate them on our services and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Maintain Spa Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 20 Years Old or Older: You must be at least 20 years old to apply for this position.
  • Strong Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
