We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, processing reservations and check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Process front desk clerk duties, including processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
  • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
  • Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required
  • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
  • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
