Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Dir S&T's Program Support Division to deliver expert-level assistance to government partners, facilitating the integration of advanced technologies across various capability domains, including battlespace awareness and multi-domain communications.
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports for leadership, detailing ongoing programs, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Assist in contract modifications and provide technical recommendations for change orders.
  • Support budget management efforts that directly impact engineering initiatives.
  • Contribute to decision-making processes regarding plans, specifications, cost estimates, design calculations, schedules, and engineering studies.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to document and evaluate the outcomes of critical engineering tasks.
  • Oversee and document the monitoring of design, development, and production activities on behalf of government partners, employing established performance indicators.
  • Conduct advanced engineering evaluations, including reviews of engineering change proposals and requests for deviations.
Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Certifications: DAWIA Practitioner (formerly Level II) equivalency in Program Management, Engineering & Technical Management, or Test & Evaluation

Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in engineering management or systems engineering/integration
  • In-depth knowledge of design requirements, engineering principles, and system functionalities.
  • Experience with Federal Government technology development initiatives aimed at enhancing system capabilities and efficiencies.
  • Expertise in identifying and integrating key technologies across various operational domains.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System as outlined by DoD Instruction.
  • Proficient in task management systems and capable of creating executive-level presentations.
