We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to join our team as a Clinical Services Director. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our clinical services department and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinical services department.
- Assess the needs and development of residents and implement comprehensive care plans accordingly.
- Work with interdisciplinary team members to develop discharge plans for individual residents.
- Conduct resident rounds to assess and/or supervise nursing care and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Participate in developing and maintaining policy and procedures that govern the clinical services day-to-day operations.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum of one to three years of experience in nursing service administration with one year of management experience preferred.
- Current RN state nursing certification in good standing with no actions on nursing license.
- CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.
- Standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers to handle or feel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Requires interaction with co-workers, residents, or vendors.
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage.
