Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Manager to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Part Time Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, driving sales, and leading the store team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets every customer and uses the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs.
  • Processes customer transactions at the cutting counter and cash register in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Lifts, places, and arranges items on shelves and racks, and maintains high standards throughout the sales floor.
  • Invites customers to participate in store activities, such as Education Classes, Custom Framing, and other events.
  • Works closely with Store Management to identify key tasks and assists in delegating them to Team Members.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to work any and all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
