Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary information from insurance companies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
  • File patient records daily and retrieve files for the next day's appointments.
  • Monitor order status and notify customers of delays or changes.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Participate in regular communication meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
