Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at America's Best. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary information from insurance companies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- File patient records daily and retrieve files for the next day's appointments.
- Monitor order status and notify customers of delays or changes.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Participate in regular communication meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
