Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical/Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, processing patient information, and making medical appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient information and medical records
  • Make medical appointments and contact patients via phone
  • Take messages and respond to patient inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer skills required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
