Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient information and medical records
  • Make medical appointments and contact patients via phone
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Medical terminology and basic computer skills required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
