Job Summary

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Commitment to Pipe View, LLC's core values, mission, and programs is required.
    • Associate Degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of management experience.
    • 5+ years of administrative and field experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
    • Must be able to read and comprehend construction drawings.
    • Demonstrated team building skills required.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
    • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
    • Ability to function effectively outside under a variety of weather conditions.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced construction environment with exposure to potentially dangerous situations or unusual environmental stress that requires a range of safety and other precautions. The position requires physical exertion such as lifting, carrying or pushing heavy objects over 50 pounds. Must be able to wear hard hat/helmet, safety glasses, goggles, safety shoes/boots, hearing protectors, safety vest and gloves. Exposure to extreme temperatures, animals/insects, electrical hazards, confined spaces, heights, noise, dust, irritants, and moving mechanical parts.

Travel

Some travel will be required based on contracts obtained and seasonal work load.
