Role Summary

We are seeking a highly responsive and reliable UAV Flight Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to effectively monitor drone operations while presenting to prospective clients. As a crucial team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our proprietary drones are always ready for deployment and client-facing demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a sufficient inventory of our proprietary equipment, ensuring it is prepared for deployment at all times.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct remote product demonstrations that effectively highlight the distinctive advantages of our technology to potential clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our technology and current projects to confidently address real-time inquiries regarding the functionality of our products.
  • Adaptability: Embrace the versatile and dynamic nature of startup environments, where wearing multiple hats is essential for success.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a UAV Flight Testing, Technician, or similar role.
  • Certification: Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 License.
  • Reliability and Communication: Exceptional responsiveness, reliability, and effective communication skills.
  • Mission Alignment: A strong dedication to Paladin's mission and a burning desire to contribute significantly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking.
