About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Automation Specialist to join our team at Staff Heads. In this technical hands-on position, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and diagnosing robots. This role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience and advanced technical knowledge and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Robotics Automation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and programming robots to achieve optimal performance
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting robot-related issues
  • Collaborating with the team to improve cycle time and throughput
  • Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in robotics automation
  • Advanced technical knowledge and certifications (e.g., GM GRS certificate, Fanuc DCS safety certification)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
