We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Specialist to join our team at Branex Group in Auburn Hills, MI.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, programming, simulating, and testing controls systems. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

Your expertise in PLC logic and programming will enable you to configure and troubleshoot complex systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing errors.

You will also be responsible for creating automated equipment programs, collaborating with vendors to procure necessary components, and managing projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical controls, automation, or a related field
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens)
  • Experience with control system design, simulation, and testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
