Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automated Robotics Engineer to join our team at Staff Heads. This technical hands-on position involves setting up, programming, and diagnosing robots requiring a minimum of 4 years' experience and advanced technical knowledge and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced skills in programming, fieldbus, industrial electronics, machine tooling, joining, process engineering, leadership, and professionalism.
  • Lead a small team of robot programmers and provide support and mentorship.
  • Download Offline Programs (OLPs) and configure communication with PLCs and peripheral equipment.
  • Set up and adjust robot zones, I/O configurations, and master robots for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize cycle times to improve throughput.
  • Familiarity with Spot, Sealing/Dispensing, Stud, MIG, Riveting, Flow Drills, Clinch Guns, and Material Handlers.
Requirements:
  • GRS Certification required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in robotics engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
