Salary: The hourly rate for this position is estimated at $45.75, with a minimum of $43.50 and a maximum of $48.50.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Nurse, you will contribute to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through displays of kindness and active listening.
Key responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, as well as documenting treatment according to company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
You will assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing
