$71,547.00 - $118,053.00 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
The Clinical Education Specialist will play a vital role in designing and developing educational programs that meet the needs of our nursing organization. This position will lead in creating a collaborative environment where nurses can practice at the highest level of licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in clinical social work or nursing to develop educational activities that support staff involvement in practice, research, education, and quality decisions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among nursing staff.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement orientation and continuing education programs.
- Evaluate educational outcomes and link them to quality processes and patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or Education required; State licensure preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work or nursing, preferably in pediatric nursing.
- BLS Certification and demonstrated clinical competency in a nursing specialty.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
