GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in the Civil and Environmental Business Sector. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow professionally in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and facilitate civil engineer project design tasks
  • Conduct technical and feasibility studies
  • Collaborate with other professionals and discuss requirements with clients
  • Use computer programs to develop detailed designs
  • Ensure that work products meet client, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Perform work under professional engineering staff
  • Handle basic design challenges but refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possess beginning knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil engineering design tasks
  • Strong team collaboration, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills are required
Requirements:
  • Possess foundational engineering concepts through undergraduate-level education
  • Acquire basic knowledge and develop basic skills through mentored experience
  • Apply learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks
  • Perform routine technical work which does not require previous experience
