Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead project teams in developing land use plans for various clients, including commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. Your role will encompass:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to budgets.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior engineers, providing guidance on design elements such as site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering staff.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and managing project execution.
  • Strong client interfacing skills and a knack for business development.
