Clinical Pharmacist

Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Infusion department. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication therapy plans for patients receiving infusion therapy.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide recommendations for optimization of medication regimens.
- Participate in medication use evaluations and adverse reaction monitoring to ensure patient safety.
- Develop and maintain expertise in infusion therapy and stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines and research.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infusion therapy and medication management.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice, with a focus on infusion therapy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical pharmacy practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $90.97 to $100.06 per hour.
