Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to our operations in Huntsville, AL, specifically within INX Digital Application Engineering. This position demands a multifaceted engineer with a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, complemented by knowledge in Software, Systems, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing processes and equipment for inkjet printing, integrating various disciplines such as chemistry, physics, mathematics, electronics, and engineering. Proficiency in mechanical systems, fluid systems, software printing systems, or industrial machinery is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, test, and optimize software for printing systems
  • Collaborate on project objectives and priorities
  • Engage in electronics and software design evaluations
  • Improve code for reusability and address bugs
  • Develop electronic hardware and firmware solutions
  • Create user documentation for software and system operations
  • Participate in various inkjet engineering initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Robust background in software development
  • Expertise in C, C++, C#, and .NET frameworks
  • Experience with FPGA programming and microprocessor design
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools and FPGA programming software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work effectively and innovatively
